She is also a certified (RYS)500-hour Yoga Therapist (YTI), specialising in chair yoga and exercise for seniors, people recovering from injuries and surgeries, and individuals with Parkinson’s Disease (PD) and other movement disorders. Additionally, she has trained as a PWR!Moves Instructor, delivering PD-specific functional exercise programmes.
