Tutor

Corinne Carthy is a qualified Nutritional Therapist and Nutrition & Lifestyle Coach (IINH) with extensive experience helping individuals optimise their health and well-being.
She is also a certified (RYS)500-hour Yoga Therapist (YTI), specialising in chair yoga and exercise for seniors, people recovering from injuries and surgeries, and individuals with Parkinson’s Disease (PD) and other movement disorders. Additionally, she has trained as a PWR!Moves Instructor, delivering PD-specific functional exercise programmes.
Corinne is passionate about demystifying the often-confusing world of nutrition and lifestyle science. In her talks and webinars, she endeavours to break down complex topics into clear, actionable advice, helping audiences cut through the noise of conflicting information to focus on what truly supports their health and wellness.
In addition to her coaching and speaking, Corinne runs detox retreats and online self-paced/self-study programmes designed to educate and promote sustainable, evidence-based approaches to health.
Through her holistic approach, she aims to empower individuals to make informed decisions and implement meaningful changes in their lives.
