Staff Induction Training

Under the Child Care Act 1991 (Early Years Services Regulations), you are required to induct new staff members and support them in their first months at work. Inductions are crucial to ensure that new employees perform to the highest standard and to the policies and procedures of your setting. Effective inductions reduce staff turnover, errors and poor practice. Effective inductions also boost morale, improve motivation and set a high standard of safeguarding within your setting.
