Nicola Erasmus originally hails from South Africa and moved to Ireland 22 years ago. Nicola owns and manages Inspire Child Development Centre - an early intervention pre-school in Naas, County Kildare, alongside a Paediatric Occupational Therapy Service. Nicola has worked in the early years sector, both community and private, including having had her own early years service for 6 years. Nicola has expertise in all facets of early years, from HR to Management, Child Behaviour, Autism, Sensory Processing, Compliance and Quality. Nicola thoroughly enjoys sharing and discussing all aspects of early years with other practitioners through this  training platform with Canavan Byrne.
