Policies & Compliance Management

Professional Supervision

Cross-professional supervision is a confidential, non-performance-based space where early years professionals can bring their challenges, ideas, and concerns to a trusted supervisor within a warm caring compassionate space. Unlike workplace evaluations, the supervisory space is not about assessing performance, it is a compassionate listening presence offering support, reflection, and transformational growth to every individual that seeks support.
The day-to-day responsibilities are endless; liaising with parents, managing staff, overseeing curriculum development, maintaining compliance with DES (Department of Education & Skills), POBAL, TUSLA, and GNVB (Garda National Vetting Bureau) inspections, all while ensuring safe environments and the well-being of both children and staff. The emotional and professional burden on childcare providers and practitioners is immense, leading to Overwhelm burnout and high staff turnover across the sector
