Planning Your Governance & Compliance 2022 Calendar
This short session is the perfect kick-start for Manager and Boards of EY services, with a busy workload and compliance programme. Presented by Associate Consultant, David Brady the board range of Governance Code, Reports and requirements are covered in the context of the Companies Act 2014, the Charities Act 2009 and Early Years Legislation and Regulation. A template will be provided as part of the course to guide your creation of a calendar for Board Meetings, Sub-Committees meetings, Key events, Activities and Goals. Highly recommended that both Mangers and Board members attend this session as part of the collaborative team efforts to achieve full compliance in 2022.

David Brady is an Associate Consultant of Canavan Byrne, providing Strategic Planning, Corporate Governance and Executive Development training programmes and services, tailored to the Charity, Community, and Not-For-Profit sector. Prior to establishing his own Consultancy practice, David Brady held Senior Executive roles in Partas CLG, Marsh Ireland, Kepner-Tregoe and KPMG. He is a Chartered Accountant and has been a Board Member and Chairperson of Early Years Providers and other Community and Not-For-Profit organizations.
