Calm & Curious: Mindfulness for Early Years and School Age Children

Mindfulness plays a valuable role in supporting positive behaviour in early years and school age settings. When children develop the language to name what they are feeling and begin to understand why they feel that way, they are better equipped to regulate their emotions and respond to situations in a positive way. Embedding mindfulness into your everyday practice contributes to a calmer, more settled environment where children feel safe, understood, and ready to play and learn.
