Paula Walshe is a published author, PhD candidate and Assistant Lecturer in Early Childhood Education at Dundalk Institute of Technology. Her PhD research focuses on STEAM in early childhood education and care (ECEC). Paula's second book entitled "Full STEAM Ahead - Science, Technology, Engineering, The Arts an Maths in Early Childhood Education" is a guide to implementing STEAM in ECEC. Her first book entitled "SÃolta in Practice" focuses on quality standards in ECEC. Both books are published by Boru Press and are available here.
