Prevention of Workplace Bullying


Workplace bullying can occur in any setting, bringing a number of negative consequences not only for the people involved, but also for the organisation. This course includes measures to prevent and resolve workplace bullying. 
These measures are mentioned in the Code Of Practice, published by the Health and Safety Authority and Workplace Relations Commission in 2020. This course is user-friendly; all the learning content is presented in video format with accompanying text.

This course is for anyone who works to prevent bullying from occurring in the workplace.

Assessment

The course contains 4 self-assessments which prepare you for the final Certificate Assessment. The Certificate Assessment contains 10 questions. You must answer at least 8 questions correctly to obtain a certificate. However, you can repeat the assessment, if required.
