TERMS

 
All training courses purchased on our platform must be registered to a named person with an email address. You can register course(s) to yourself or another person, regardless of whether or not they have an account on our system.
 
After purchasing, you will be invited to login to your client area and register the course(s) you have purchased. If you register the course(s) to yourself, your course will now appear as Registered Training. If you register the course to someone else, they will be invited to create an account, or login to an existing account, where that course will appear in their client area as Registered Training. Only the purchaser of a course needs to register courses in order to complete the booking.
 
Failure to register a course in the specified time (see self-paced elearning below) or failure to register a course before the course commences (see webinar/classroom courses) will mean that you are ineligible to attend the course and no refund will apply.
 
Self-paced ELearning:
 
Self-paced ELearning courses must be registered within 6 months of date of purchase. Once registered, self-paced elearning courses will provide a link in the Registered Training area that when clicked will automatically log you in to our learning platform. You have 12 months from date of purchase to complete your course. On completion, our system will email you your Certificate. Please keep this safely as we cannot re-issue Certificates.
 
Webinars:
 
Webinars must be registered before the course commences.
 
Once registered, webinars with a Certificate of Completion will show a link in the Registered Training area that will take you to our Certification provider. Enter the name you want on the certificate and a valid email address. Once that's done, our certification provider will email you the link to attend the webinar. The day after the webinar, you will be emailed a certificate of completion if you attended and completed the training.
 
For webinars without a Certificate of Completion, the link for the webinar will be displayed in the Registered Training area once the webinar has been registered. Simply click the link to attend the webinar.
 
Classroom:
 
For classroom based courses, your booking is complete once the course has been registered and appears under Registered Training in the user account.
 

REFUNDS POLICY

 
Please note that refunds are only made to the person that purchased the course(s) and to the debit/credit card or SEPA information that was used to make the purchase.
 
For instructor-led courses, such as webinars or classroom courses, you can cancel the course and get a refund up to 7 days after purchase, provided that notice of cancellation is received by us no later than 48 hours of the course start date and time.
 
For self-paced elearning courses, you can cancel the course and get a refund up to 7 days after purchase, provided that you, or the person you have assigned the course to, has not already logged into our ELearning platform and started the course. Note that Self-paced elearning courses must be assigned within 6 months of purchase otherwise they will expire and no refund will be provided in that instance. Self-paced elearning courses must also be completed within 12 months of purchase.
