If you have bought a Training Course
All training courses must be registered to finalise the booking process.
Please register each training purchased either to yourself, or to another person. This completes the registration, and confirms your/their place on the course.
To register your training course simply login and choose Training in your user area. All courses that need to be registered can be found on the Unregistered Courses tab.

To register your training course simply login and choose Training in your user area. All courses that need to be registered can be found on the Unregistered Courses tab.
- Go to the Unregistered Courses tab in the Training section of your client area (where you login).
- Locate the course you have just purchased and click on the Register License button.
- A new window will open. Here you will be able to assign the course to yourself or to another person. Once this is done, registration is complete.
- Repeat the steps above if you purchased multiple places on the same course. (Example: if you purchased 2 places on the course, then you must perform the registration twice).
Once registration is complete, details of course training such as date, time, location, links/logins can be found in the Registered Courses section of your client area. These details will also be sent to you (or the person you assigned the course to) by email.
If you make an error during the registration process - eg you used the wrong email address, please email academy@canavanbyrne.ie, or ring us during office hours on +353-1-6235908 and we will help you rectify the problem.
Please note that failure to register courses in good time will mean that no-one is registered to take the course. Webinars and Classroom courses must be registered not later than 1h before training commences. ELearning courses must be registered within 6 months of purchase date. This date is shown on the Please Register By date in your client area in the Unregistered Courses section. Please note that no refund will apply if courses remain unregistered after the date shown.
Webinars
After webinars have been registered, the person the course is registered to will be provided with a link to attend the webinar by email. The attend link will also appear in the Registered Courses section of the Client Area.
If a webinar includes Certification, please note that certificates cannot be issued if you did not attend and complete the webinar.
ELearning
Once elearning courses have been assigned and registered, you will be provided with an ELearning Login link in the Client Area that will automatically log you in to our elearning platform. You will also receive this link by email. The link is valid for 12 months from purchase. Certification will be emailed to you by our elearning platform on successful completion of the course.
Classroom
Once a classroom course has been assigned, you will be registered and eligible to turn up to the assigned location and take your class. Details of the location and start time will be available in the client area.
