Food Safety HACCP Level 2

This course is aimed at cooks in Early Years services and includes the Principles of Food Safety and HACCP Level 2. All food workers are required to complete this certification within 6 months of handling food in their employment. This course includes both Level 1 and Level 2 HACCP, so no previous experience is required to do this course.

Assessment

The course assessment is the final module of the course and contains 40 questions. A pass rate of 60% is required. You can repeat the assessment if you don't succeed the first time round. 

Certification

On successful completion of the course assessment, you will be emailed a link to download your Course Certificate. The Food Safety HACCP Level 2 Certificate is valid for 3 years.
This course is aimed at cooks and food handlers in the Early Years setting. Certification is valid for 3 years.
