Canavan Byrne provides a CCTV Editing service to support HR investigation or the investigation into a complaint.
The complaint may be from a parent, staff member or member of general public.
Sometimes the use of CCTV is necessary evidence, but it is crucial that data protection is maintained. We provide a masking service where data subjects (people) are blurred to protect identity especially of children.
This service is used in HR child protection enquiries or often it is required to investigate unsolicited information from Tusla.
The minimum engagement fee is €150 which covers the first 2 hours of editing time, thereafter €40/h. The engagement fee includes the review of the tapes and a consultation with the client to establish the purpose the video, as well as the transcoding of the original footage.
